FileEntry

Hey all,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I fixed FileEntry time handling
tonight. It was doing two filestats on every rendered entry - one in
__init__ and one in __populateData. Furthermore, the filestat in
__populateData was clobbering any attempt to set the entry time
outside of fileentry.

I also added a new method, setTimeLazy, which sets the _timetuple,
_mtime, and _fulltime of the entry without populating the entry's
data.

I just wanted to let y'all know, because the old fileEntry causes an
extra num_entries filestat() calls for every request, which may be a
significant slowdown. Does somebody want to check out my code to make
sure it works, and then maybe update the 1.2 branch with it as a
bugfix?
