I wouldn't worry about 1.0 at all. I have no intentions of maintaining it. PyBlosxom 1.1 was the last version of PyBlosxom that required Python 2.1 or higher. So for the folks who are still stuck on 2.1, I figured we'd continue to do bug-fixes on 1.1 to get it to the point where it really does work on Python 2.1 (something I'm not wildly confident about) and maybe we'll remove some minor issues here and there. Release for PyBlosxom 1.1 was January 6, 2005.
