new PyBlosxom manual release

I've done another release of the PyBlosxom manual on the web-site. 
There's a lot more content in this version, lot of tweaks, some formatting 
adjustments, a new mystyle.dsl, a new CSS stylesheet, and a chapter on 
comments.

I could definitely use help editing and verifying existing material and 
writing new material.  Even having people read through the docs and 
saying "this sucks" or "this makes sense" helps enormously.

There are some topics I can't cover effectively because I don't know what 
I'm talking about:

   - wsgi, mod_python, etc setup
   - metaweblog setup
   - ecto setup
   - atom syndication
   - static rendering
   - trackback, pingback, CommentAPI, etc setup

There are dozens of FIXMEs scattered throughout the manual as well.

Any help would be really wonderful.  Putting time into fixing the manual 
saves an assload of time later on when:

   - trying to remember what the behavior for things is
   - answering user questions
   - on jeopardy

All the documentation is checked in.  If you don't know how to deal with 
docbook or don't have the time to deal with docbook, feel free to send 
stuff to me via email and I'll factor it in--whatever is easiest for you.
