add a callback to FileEntry or Entry while adding files

Hi,
I started using (and enjoying) pyblosxom since 1 week and it is really
great!
However I found myself editing some entries in data_dir and of course
they got published as soon as I save the file while still editing it.

It would be really cool to have a callback called when FileEntry (or
Entry) is about to add a file (or an entry) so that a plugin can choose
to actually publish the file (by let the callback return True or False,
for example).
My use case for this would be to ignore files that have a .swp file
(i.e. they are being edited with vi(m)) but also date/time-based
publishing would be interesting.
