You can put entry data in your datadir, flavour data in a flavour dir set 
with the "flavourdir" property in your config.py file, and comment data 
goes in the comment dir which you can set in the config.py file.  So I 
think this is already implemented.

However, the bit about the flavourdir isn't in the manual yet; I'll get it 
added today.
