No, the mailing list is at half moderation mode. Any email from unknowns would go through me, and I will selectively approve or disapprove them, as I have done so, many times. There are very few spams like this that gets through and I have no idea why. /me checks settings of mailman Doh! This is the only pyblosxom list that somehow got [member_posting_only] set to no.
