Re: patch for rst.py

This is perfect.  I think to make it easy, when in doubt of who to send a 
plugin patch to, send it to the pyblosxom-users list or the 
pyblosxom-devel list and it'll sort itself out.

In regards to this patch, I'll take it from here.  I'll try to read 
through it today and apply it.  The rst entryparser is part of the regular 
codebase.
