Folksonomy Plugin

Hello,

A while ago I had a look at Timothy Fanelli's folksonomy plugin and  
changed it a little bit so it actually worked.
I tried to get the fixes back to him but he did not answer. That's  
why I am asking here if anyone is interested in it.
If yes I could bang it into shape and put it up in the plug-in registry.
