contrib plugins pack, todo list, blah blah blah

I applied a few patches that had been sitting in my inbox for over a 
month--sorry it took so long.

I also cobbled together a todo list of things I think are things that at a 
minimum should get some attention over the next year or so as the world 
changes around us.  I split the list into three groups: project 
infrastructure, pyblosxom code, and plugins code.  Of the three, the 
project infrastructure items are probably the most critical.

I also adjusted the menu items on the web-site.  I haven't yet committed 
the web-site to subversion like I said I was (several times, I think).

Still...  we're getting there.  We've had some positive emails recently 
and the fact we're getting patches for things is encouraging, too.

I really do want to release a new version of the contributed plugins pack. 
I'm going to try to do that in the next day or two, though I'm paranoid 
that it's going to kick-off a flurry of bug notifications, feature 
requests, and such.  That's healthy, but I don't know how much time I can 
devote to handling the influx.

So that's where things are.
