The problem here is that we (PyBlosxom main code) can't replace variables 
inside entry bodies--only in templates.  In order to manipulate the entry 
body, one needs to write a plugin that implements cb_story callback.

I started writing a silly plugin to convert $app_name to PyBlosxom, but 
then decided that to be backwards compatible with your existing content, 
it'd be better if it caught as many existing mispelled instances and fixed 
those, too.

So then I wrote the new wbgpyblfilter plugin:

It's super.  Fixed mispellings in my blog very nicely.  It's also the 
first plugin I've written that has some unit testing code in it.  Yay for 
unit testing!
