version control/change history plugin?

hi all. i'm in the process of switching from snipsnap (http://snipsnap.org/)
to pyblosxom, and i'm very excited.

unfortunately, pyblosxom is missing one snipsnap feature that i like: change
history for entries. snipsnap lets you see the history of each entry, as well
what was added, removed, or changed in each version. e.g.:

an entry:    http://snarfed.org/space/fillcode
its history: http://snarfed.org/exec/history?name=fillcode
a change:    http://snarfed.org/exec/diff?name=fillcode&oldVersion=36&newVersion=37

i searched a few places, but couldn't find a pyblosxom plugin that does this,
nor did i see any blog posts or mailing list threads mentioning it. does
anyone know of any plugins that do this, or come close? has it been discussed?

if not, i'll take a stab at implementing it, probably in a month or so when i
have a solid understanding of the pyblosxom design philosophy.

any initial thoughts on what it should look like? most importantly, how each
version should be stored?
