rss 0.9.1

I'd like to totally retire all support for RSS 0.9.1 in PyBlosxom.  We 
support RSS 2.0 and Atom 1.0 both of which are much better feed formats 
than RSS 0.9.1.  I don't know of any feed readers that only support RSS 
0.9.1.

The only issue I can think of is if Planets are pointing to someone's RSS 
0.9.1 feed and we bump them up to RSS 2.0 feed, the datestamps for the 
planet cache will be wrong and it would cause a flood of old entries.  I'm 
not sure there's anything we can do about that short of preventing new 
PyBlosxom users from using RSS 0.9.1.

Any thoughts about me removing support for RSS 0.9.1?  Are there any uses 
for RSS 0.9.1 that can't be done with RSS 2.0 or Atom 1.0?
