First time I've heard of Markdown. This will definitely make my sister happy. She runs her blog off my server with pyblosxom and while she doesn't mind editing via RPC/blogtk, she would probably prefer the Markdown syntax. I followed your link to the original docs and played a bit with it. Do you know if it is possible to specify class="blah" in Markdown for blockquotes? I couldn't see anything on the docs site. Markdown passes XHMTL through so I can use the real stuff, if necessary.
