Sweet. Sounds like a great idea -- let's divvy up the work and have a
docbook-->reST party. I don't know of a tool to automate the
conversion. Might just be quickest to do it manually with the help of
a good text editor.

Unless told otherwise, I'll try to do chapters 1, 2, and 3 tonight and
email the results to this list.

Who wants to do chapter 4? Going once,.. going twice...
