pyblosxom 1.4 rc2!

I decided to roll up an RC2.  Since RC1, we've:

* factored in comments to the documentation
* added support for Paste and made WSGI support easier to work with
* minor fixes to other bits of the codebase

The Paste support is nice if only because it makes it much easier to
start up a blog on your and test it out.

I've posted the RC2 here:

If anyone is interested in playing with it, let me know.  I'll be
doing more fine-tuned testing over the next couple of days or so.

Thank you in advance for all your help.  PyBlosxom 1.4 is a huge
stride in maturing the codebase and catching up to the general state
of web development in the Python world.
