pycategories installation verification routine

When running the installation verification routine, you get this message:

missing optional config property 'category_template' which allows
you to specify how the category hierarchy is rendered.  see
the documentation at the top of the pycategories plugin code
file for more details.

However there is no use of such a property 'category_template' in the
plugin. The category hierarchy is rendered alphabetically and at least
for the latest of the plugin's versions, I see no way for a different
configuration.

Should we
- issue that to the bug list or
- simply quickly add that functionality or
- remove the generation of the installation verification routine's
  message because nobody really seems to need that functionality ?
