Recent Posts plugin

I have written a recent posts plugin for the 1.4 branch, largely to serve my own
needs. (I looked for a similar plugin, but the closest thing I found is this
post from 2005.[1] The referenced website returns a 404.)

I have made the plugin available on my website.[2] I fully realize that 1.4 is
essentially a dead branch walking, but I think it would be easier for interested
people to find if it were also linked from the pyblosxom plugins page. I am
happy to address any style, technical or process issues with the plugin to make
that possible.

I'm sure you're all quite busy with 2.0 development (and whatever real-life
obligations you have). Thanks for your time; let me know if you have any
feedback on this work.
