I'm hoping that PyBlosxom will be backwards compatible enough that we 
can maintain one set of plugins that work for both PyBlosxom 1.4.x and 
PyBlosxom 2.0.  Take a look at the CHANGELOG file in trunk.  It has the 
ongoing list of changes that developers (i.e. people who write plugins) 
should be aware of.
