Ok, I tested this here and it is working, Can you now check once again  
the backtrace you get and send it to me. Just to make sure.
Right now line 999 in comments.py

encodedEntry = entry[key].encode(encoding, 'ignore')

is raising the UnicodeDEcode error, right?
