Location of markdown plugin changed

Sorry about this but I wanted to promote the markdown plugin to a full
project on github (with history) rather than just a gist, so it's now
moved to:

http://github.com/seanh/PyBlosxom-Python-Markdown-2-Plugin

There is no functional change. The plugin-registry entry for this plugin
is still about three major versions out of date btw.
