[#2855108] move getContent from BlosxomRenderer to RendererBase

Hi,

I have opened feature request #2855108 at sf.net about moving getContent
from BlosxomRenderer to its base class RendererBase. Currently
getContent method used in plugins (folksonomy) but it is only defined in
BlosxomonRenderer subclass. I think, the situation leads to additional
gotchas in custom renderer development, as the base class does not
define full interface.

P.S.
Sorry for cross posting. This mailing list, probably, the best way to
contact the authors. But tracking proposed patches as numbered tickets
looks more convenient.
