Some questions and bugreports

Hi,
I have 2 bugreports.  I took the opportunity to try out bugseverywhere
(which works okay on commandline), I currently can't show you the bugs
in a nice web interface, but you can see them @

(or clone/pull, and type `be list`, `be show`)

As for the questions:
*) it is my understanding that the plugins included
in the git repo should work fine, right (i.e. with 1.5 in git)?
*) if you have a system where pyblosxom including the shipped plugins
are installed (in my case
in /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/Pyblosxom/
and /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/plugins/) why do you still need to
copy the plugins to the plugins directory in your blog?
*) I have the comments plugin installed and enabled in config.py , I
followed the comments plugin README, it says where comments are
stored, where/when it shows them, etc, 
but I can't figure out what the url should be to create new comments.
