Hi,

i activate the trackback plugin and follow the explantation in the wiki,
but it didn't work. Other blogger got an error, that it isnt allowed to
set the trackback or its not reachable.

On the other side I want to use the trackback of other blogs, but i
didnt know where to add or save their trackback URI.
