There is already support for metadata in PyBlosxom. If a line starts
with #string after the title, the rest of the line is turned into an
element under the dict called string.

For example '#tags python pyblosxom pycon', 'python pyblosxom pycon'
would be put into the 'tags' field of the entry_data dict.

Interesting idea, however, I personally think the already implemented
solution is all that is need.
