Which is stating that it can't find the trackback plugin. I see your config:

plugin_list=['comments', 'conditionalhttp', 'pyarchives', 'pycategories', 'breadcrumbs', 'trackback', 'txtl', 'htmlentryparser']

which looks fine.

Dumb question but are you sure the trackback plugin is actually there?

Since there are several versions flying around out there, could you post your
version or at least point me to where it came from? I'd like to take a look
at it.
