Oops, sorry. My local is 2.4.1, my host has 2.4 available but his default is 
2.2.3 . (This results in the bad magic number errors when I forget to 
delete my local pyc's generated during testing.)

Added '#! /usr/bin/python2.4 -u' and I can now confirm comments even work in 
version 1.2 now! (A first for me.) So now my 1.2 installation works as well 
as the 1.1, but unfortunately, neither one has trackbacks working for an 
unknown reason. If I submit something, nothing even shows in the logs.
