Empty comments crashing pyblosxom

Since I upgrade to pyblosxom-1.2 yesterday (from 1.1), I've noticed I'm
getting lots of comments with empty bodies. For instance, see the
2005-05-19-09-40-1116512105.56.cmt attached comment file.

And these are crashing pyblosxom, with this message in my error.log:
