Ah, it doesn't say they should be defined in config, but of course one could/should. In any case, that's a redherring. My point is that the default values do no produce valid (x)HTML and it'd be nice if they did. Even if the user wants to, it's not easy since valid HTML doesn't permit a ul to be a child of ul. *If* you want validity, I am using the following in my flavour (foot.html): <ul class="categories">$categorylinks</ul></li></ul> and the defaults of in pycategories.py (or could define in my config). DEFAULT_BEGIN = r'<li><ul class="categorygroup">' DEFAULT_ITEM = r'<li><a href="%(base_url)s/%(fullcategory)sindex. %(flavour)s">%(category)s</a> (%(count)d)</li>' DEFAULT_END = "</ul></li>" though there's probably an easier way though I can't figure it now. ------------------------------------------------------- -- Regards, http://www.mit.edu/~reagle/ Joseph Reagle E0 D5 B2 05 B6 12 DA 65 BE 4D E3 C1 6A 66 25 4E ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: NEC IT Guy Games.
