Toss something like this in comment-form:

    <a name="comment_anchor"><p>$comment_message</p></a>

Then the action of the comment form should end in #comment_anchor.  I 
tossed it on my blog and it works fine for the precious little testing I 
did.

I'll update the comment flavour files to have this.

I'm not accepting any more plugins into the contributed plugins package 
at this time.

In regards to the registry, you can fill out the form on the web-site for 
adding ...  Oh--looks like you've already done that.

I applied pieces of the patch.  Revisions will be in the next contributed 
plugins pack.  Thanks!
