xmlrpc plugin

Hi,
forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask; it's not clear to me how 
to contact Wari Wahab (original author of the plugin).

I'm having some trouble with the xmlrpc.py plugin.  I've made the 
changes to config.py, but when accessing the urltrigger, I get some XML 
indicating an error:

What does this indicate?
