I see the same behaviour on your site. Firefox is fine IE (latest patches, windows XP) loads your page the first time; reloads yield a blank page I'm not an HTTP expert, so I ran a packet sniffer with both browsers. Reloads trigger a different request than the first request (modify times are a parameter). Firefox and IE have similar but not identical requests. My own installation of pyblosxom is working fine with IE/Firefox. Also your page validates fine using w3.org.
