pycategories.py category_finish option

The code in genCategories of pycategories.py is wrong for the category_finish option.
It currently is:
finish_t = config.get("category_start", DEFAULT_FINISH)
but should be:
finish_t = config.get("category_finish", DEFAULT_FINISH)
