Comments on version 0.7

Fresh download of version 0.7beta today. I installed it in a separate 
cgi directory with the same data dir as my old setup.

I can't make the commets working. I did as stated in the README. I 
used default values for everything. I guess I am missing a simple 
variable in a template ?

Other question. Can we set the comment dir outside the data 
directory. Otherwise it shows up in the list of categories created by 
pycategories.py 'see left side of my blog).

By the way, it is obvious, but it should be good to state that the 
'comments' dir has to be created and made writable by the cgi. I did 
a chmod a+w on mine. This is also to be stated about the cache 
directory.
