That shouldn't be true anymore....  I'm 95% sure I fixed this so that 
either "?showcomments=yes" or looking at the specific entry (rather than a 
category of entries) would bring up the comments for the entry.

Hrm...  I bet I didn't release the fix yet.  My apologies--I'll try to 
figure out where I was with another contributed plugins pack release and 
do it asap.
