Re: no comment form

I just noticed this last night.  Contrib-1.2.2 was released in June but
the final merge of the showcomments stuff didn't occur until August.
Took me a while to sort things because the 1.2.2 version of comments
needs the parameter but the docs in comments.py make no mention of it.
I was pulling my hair out for a bit...
