Proposal to Ignore Initial Blank Lines in Story Files

Fellow Open Sourcerers,

Since I've manually made this edit twice now, I figure it would be
worth a shot to contribute it.  My particular configuration requires
that the pyblosxom story reader ignore initial blank lines in story
files.  Assuming that the presence of a heading is an invariant in
story files, it would cause no harm to universally ignore initial
blank lines.  So, here's a patch if you can use it.
