Announce: session and nospam plugins updated

Hi all

session.py:
fixed the plugin to set the correct cookie-path when using mod_rewrite 
vodoo. Thanks to Martin Möllenbeck and others for reporting this problem.

nospam.py:
added a few patches and ideas that Lance Levsen sent me a while ago. It 
now has a allow_trackback variable that if enabled bypasses the checks 
for trackback-comments.
