CVS HEAD is not to be touched at the moment as there's lots of cleanups 
and what nots to do, you're better off with either the tag 
'pyblosxom_0_7beta1' or if you'd like to test HEAD, then forget about 
the libs directory, but use the Pyblosxom directory, use the 
pyblosxom.cgi from the web/ directory and plugins are now done
