This plugin is working great so far.  One thing that I miss is the
ability to tell akismet that a comment is spam.  One possible way of
accomplishing this would be to make a standalone command-line program
that can be run locally.  Whenever I receive a spam comment, all I
would have to do is pipe the complete text of the emailed comment (or
just paste the initial fields + comment content) to it.
