Before I forget to mention this again: comments are still managing to
slip through without an email notification being sent, even after
applying my version of this patch.  I haven't yet figured out why.  I
might try out the svn version of comments.py sometime soon to see if
it's fixed there.

In the interim, I use the following script (called by a weekly crontab
entry) that gives me a report on the comments I received in the past
week.  Perhaps it will be useful as a stopgap measure.
