I'm not really sure how to answer this question.  I suppose it would
be highly dependent on the specifics of what that setup entails in
terms of what you can do (as opposed to what you can't do).

For example, if you have no shell access, who installed PyBlosxom and
set it up?  Can that person/entity test PyBlosxom?
