Some beginners questions

Well having overcome the problems with Mailman at Sourceforge (none of
the web based functions seem to work, I had to subscribe by E-Mail), I
have now managed to subscribe to this list, so to some questions.

I was attracted to pyBlosxom because it's written in Python and
blogs can be written in reStructured Text.  I have installed it and
it's up and running to the extent that my firstpost.txt file is
being displayed.

However I can't work out how to get pyBlosxom to expect/accept
reStructured Text.  I have got contrib-1.3.3.tar.gz and unpacked it
and have put rst.py into the pyBlosxom plugins directory.  Now what
else do I have to do to make it work?  I have created a file
secondpost.rst but it isn't being displayed.

Second question relates to flavours, it's not really clear whether
they are for producing different format output (e.g. HTML, XHTML, RSS,
etc.) or for producing different output appearances.

Finally can one place links from place to place within pyBlosxom
pages?  I.e. are 'internal' links possible?
