Using reStructured text

When using reStructured Text in Pybloxsom how is the start of a
posting file interprted?
I've figured out that the first line (as for HTML) is the Title but
it's not clear what happens after that. For example if I put:-
This is the Title
This is a Heading
=================
Here is the body of the entry.
The Title appears as expected but "This is a Heading" doesn't appear
at all, what rules (if any) govern the parsing of an rst file?
