I like fixed best so far, but I'm not wild about it.  I had named it
"static" as in "static" vs. "dynamic".  The files that pystaticfile
handles are files with content that's on your site that isn't
blog-related.  So it's content that's not associated with a date--it's
static, undated, ...

Maybe errata is an interesting word?  It covers all the things that
aren't blog-like.
