It's definitely relevant if you're upgrading. :) The upgrade procedure depends on how you installed PyBlosxom. If you installed it by untarring PyBlosxom into a directory and then using the "codebase" property to specify where PyBlosxom is, then upgrading involves untarring PyBlosxom 1.4 into a new directory, changing the "codebase" property to point to the new installation, and then verifying to see if that works. If you installed PyBlosxom by untarring PyBlosxom into a directory and then running "python setup.py install", then you should untar the new version into a new directory and run "python setup.py install" again and it should be fine. (I'm pretty sure that's a true statement.) Regarding pyblosxom.cgi, you can copy over the new pyblosxom.cgi if you want. Regarding config.py, I'd upgrade PyBlosxom, then do a verify-installation run and see what it complains about in terms of properties. We added a few properties, but I don't think any of them are crucial to have. If you have any problems at all, let me know. I'm happy to provide tech support and I'm on my computer a lot right now.
