BTW the plugin I'm writing is a simple directory/menu generator
which works well with wgbwiki.py (it works anywhere but doesn't
make so much sense with other parts of pyblosxom).  All it does is
generate a list of files and sub-directories for the directory you
are currently at in the hierarchy under wikidir.  Thus you can use
it to create menus of links to files and/or sub-directories, I'm using
it with a template that has a sidebar to put navigation links in the
sidebar.

I thus have a hierarchy of files which automatically become a web site
with navigation links.  In my case they are reStructured text files
that I have created plus other information in .pdf files and .jpg
files.  I can just add files, edit existing files, etc. and don't have
to do anything more at all to have them accessible as web pages.
