A wgbwiki.py clarification may be required

I have just realised that the wgbwiki.py plugin requires that the
'wiki' directory as specified by wikidir in the config.py file starts
with "/wiki".  Maybe this should be made more explicit in the
documentations.  And/or maybe it could be made configurable.

I suppose if the code was clever it could actually use the first level
directory of the wikidir as the TRIGGER value.
