Table of contents for entries?

I've just installed pyblosxom on my webhost's 
server and have done some tweaking to get things 
working with the French locale and unicode (for 
the accents...).

I installed the akismet and check_javascript 
plugins but I'm wondering how effective they are, 
because I see Will himself is moderating all 
comments...

One thing I need and can't find is a plugin that 
lists a table of contents of all the entries, by 
title and by category. I did see the "index" 
plugin but it isn't what I need. Did I miss 
something?
