It would be a good step to use some kind of wiki, but I'd opt for  
moinmoinwiki in stead of mediawiki since
1. it's written in python unlike mediawiki. Since pyblosxom is  
explicitly python oriented...
2. moinmoin is a flexible and uncomplicated wiki, much simpler to  
setup and use. Mediawiki seems IMO more useful where a more cms like  
control over formatting and content is needed.
3. widely used for os project sites.
