Since pyblosxom is explicitly python oriented... 2. moinmoin is a flexible and uncomplicated wiki, much simpler to setup and use. Mediawiki seems IMO more useful where a more cms like control over formatting and content is needed. 3. widely used for os project sites. just my 2 c.
