Odd error in wbgwiki.py with numeric only directories

I suspect this is due to some interaction between wbgwiki.py and the
way that blog entries are filed.

I happened to create some directories in my wikidir hierarchy whose
names are 2005, 2006 and 2007.  These don't work properly in that the
value data["pi_bl"] is missing this directory and it gets placed
instead in data["pi_yr"].

If I navigate down a different hierarchy which has a directory
"year2005" then it appears in the path in data["pi_bl"] as expected
and data["pi_yr"] is null.

It's only four digit directory names that are affected like this,
directory names like "10" and "12345" work in the same way as
directories with non-numeric characters in them.

I guess I can work around this but I thought it worth reporting.
